Market research agency Whitelane published the results of its 2015 Outsourcing survey. They looked into the satisfaction of Belgian and Luxembourg companies about the quality of their IT outsourcing partners, both for Application Development & Maintenance outsourcing, Datacenter outsourcing and End User Services outsourcing. Over 200 companies and their CIOs were interviewed about various aspects such as business value, service delivery, pro-activity, price, project & change management, account management and customer relations.
RealDolmen has been confirming its reputation for years in this survey and does so again in this year’s edition by claiming top positions in all categories.
The most prominent result is maintaining the top spot in Datacenter outsourcing. In the categories Application Development & Maintenance outsourcing and End User Services outsourcing 2nd and 3rd place were achieved. The interviewed CIOs thus confirm that RealDolmen is an absolute top player in the field of IT outsourcing.
Marc De Keersmaecker, CEO of RealDolmen, “I am obviously very pleased and proud of this result and the fact that year after year, we manage to keep up being a local top player. I therefore want to thank all employees for the hard work they put in to ensure these outsourcing contracts are fulfilled.”
Chantal Roosens, Sales Director, adds, “An outsourcing contract is only as good as the customer relation, the trust between the parties and, of course, the results that shape it. This is why we in the sales department are very proud of this result as well. Our existing customers clearly trust us. In a market where more and more companies are interested in IT outsourcing, this sends a clear signal that RealDolmen is an outsourcing service provider that should not be easily disregarded and takes great care of its customers”.
(Turn-over for the 9 months ended 31 December 2014)
4,2% year-to-date turn-over growth, mainly in products
31,4% increase in product turn-over for the third quarter of this fiscal year
2,1% decrease in services turn-over for the third quarter of this fiscal year
Marc De Keersmaecker, General Manager of RealDolmen, commented:
“Our products business continues to perform well. Our services business demonstrates mixed results. Infrastructure services remain under pressure. Our application services continue to improve. Sales of our Hospital solution (Hospital AX), our archiving solutions (AOFXDM) and our CRM solutions are strong while other solutions are slower to improve. We continue to intensify sales effort while we launch additional cost optimization measures to improve efficiency and focus. ”
Movie to promote our Close the Gap partnership and to help spread the word about the Close the Gap organization and activities, namely the collection and refurbishment of used IT hardware to be given a second life in learning and development projects in parts of the world where access to IT skills and equipment is hard to come by.
This movie was launched at the Manager of the Year 2014 event on January 7th 2015, in front of almost 1.500 Belgian managers and chief executives.
We will work along with them to close the international digital gap and will actively encourage our customers to donate their used hardware. RealDolmen has also committed to donate 1€ for each asset donated by their customers, up to a total of 10.000€. Furthermore RealDolmen will also give ICT trainings at the Deloitte Academy in Africa to support the local partners of Close the Gap.
Yesterday during the 10 year Close the Gap anniversary event, our General Manager Marc De Keersmaecker even had the opportunity to exchange a few words with their most eminent ambassador, bishop Desmond Tutu.
